No Secrets with God
Let’s be honest for a minute, do you have secrets that you cannot share with anyone because they are too personal, or will people judge you? We all have those, but we no longer have to keep them to ourselves. God is ready to listen. He is all ears for us when things are good or bad.
God already knows our deepest secrets, but all He desires is for us to say them to Him. He wants us to go to Him and pour our hearts to Him and promises never to leave nor forsake us. We need to develop the discipline to talk to Him all the time because He is never too busy for us.
What I processed from today’s Jesus Calling daily devotional includes the following:
• God knows our deepest secrets and wants us to trust Him enough to share them with Him
• God is never too busy to listen to us. We only need to talk to Him
• God will never leave nor forsake us
• We need to develop the discipline to talk to God in all our circumstances
• Jesus sticks closer than a brother
• With God, we have nothing to confess, hide, or disclose. He already knows it.
