Hello, in this video or podcast I want to talk about how well can someone do with affiliate marketing? One of the biggest factors when it comes to how well someone can do with a career is enjoyment and happiness.
If you enjoy what you do, you are more likely to stick around and continue to do and get better at it and this leads to more money. If you do something just for the money and you hate it, then your probably not going to continue doing it, but you will burn out and want to do something else.
I really think this is very important. Of course, it's nice to make money, we all have bills to pay, but happiness really should be the focus. This also comes down to do you believe in what you are selling? This really is at the core of this. The more you believe in what your selling the better your going to do.
Have you ever seen the commercials with the pillow guy. The guy who sells pillows. I listened to an interview with him the other day, that was really good.
Before selling pillows, he used to be a heavy crack cocaine user. He was up for days and days. Now, he really believe in what he is doing, helping people sleep.
That is just who he is. He even tried to get money from investors and he told them he was a heavy crack user and just quit a few days ago and he still got the money, because he believed in what he was doing.
How well can someone do making pillows? I'm sure, he is doing very well for himself. He makes more money than me and you put together.

One huge important point about affiliate marketing is the numbers have to make sense. There is a difference between being positive and being delusional.
I'm practical, but positive. Being practical is all about the numbers. This means if you sale a product and make $1 per sale, it's going to be very hard to make good money. Even if you really believe in it.
Your going to have to do a lot of volume, realistically this is not easy – unless your Walmart or Amazon. Your just going to have to tweak with things, until the math works out in your favor.
