Description

Of all life's experience, perhaps none are so profound as grief.

In this episode of "Waiting in the Car", Jennifer Rose Bush joins us to share her story of a decade's worth of allowing grief to transform her life, while honoring her brother in her daily life. What I love about Jennifer's story is the incredible balance she brings to the discussion of what it means to allow this painful experience to press its weight against you, without being overwhelmed, overcome, or more simply put... stuck. Jennifer's story reminds us that there are "ugly" parts of grief, but there are also "bright" and "transformative" aspects to the experience. Despite the reality that we would all rather have the ones we love with us, in the flesh, or "on this planet", Jennifer reminds us that there is life... beautiful life... meaningful life... after loss.
