In this one I use examples, explain how you’ll get more respect if you stop the excuses.. more excuses you use the more full of shit you are. You’re only holding yourself back , if you want to do something do it, don’t have an excuse ready incase you fail coz then you probably will fail. No one will listen to excuses anyway. Putting your hands up n getting on with it you’ll start breaking the habit of excuses....it is a bad habit, I’ve used excuses for years n didn’t even realise🤷🏻‍♂️ when you break the excuse habit, you’ll find yourself setting more goals and reaching them coz your not thinking up excuses incase you fail as you go lol. Just a short one, didn’t want to bore everyone to death. The examples I’ve used are real life stories , mabye hearing them while thinking of what it would make you seem like to other people if it was you or what it’ll make you feel like if it was you....and also what it feels like when others give you excuses it’ll make you ‘stop the excuses’ and achieve more out of life. I wasn’t gona do this coz I couldn’t be arsed but realised that’s contradicting the whole episode 😂so I done it when I couldn’t be bothered but it’s probably come out better, plus it’s shorter than the others that are good for helping you fall asleep 😂 I listened to one and was cringing at how boring I sound to what I’m usually like , but no excuses . And don’t complain never explain and you’ll take off in like like an aeroplane ,boom 🤪❤️
