Description

Ever heard of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorphin? Most probably! I have heard of them a bunch of times because I am constantly studying them in class and I like reading about them. Big part of our experiences and how we feel are driven by brain chemicals and so, if we are able to hack the ones that makes us happy and produce more of it, we just might be able to feel and live more content in our every day lives! Today I go over small ways on how to fire a response on each of their corresponding pathways which will lead you to live in a happier state of mind.
