Today I talk about how I journal and the benefits of writing down your thoughts. It is an important habit to have as it will allow you to see how you think, your behavior patterns and overall mindset; it will be your own free therapy sessions with yourself, you only need pen and paper! Of course I do not mean ditch your therapist (bless their souls), but take this as an extra, bonus tool that will help you improve and grow during your journey.
