Why should you workout? Because it develops mental toughness and discipline, and that is why you should too! There is so much discomfort and pain involved in physical challenges that it is the best way to take command of your inner world, and this mental strength you gain by pushing yourself physically will translate into other areas of your life.
So, even if it is hard, keep showing up.
Even if you are initially bad at it, keep trying.
And remember, reasons reap results, so remember your why, your purpose and keep doing what you are doing. We are all a work in progress.
