Hear from Joe Mosca! Joe Mosca is the CEO of the Orange County Power Authority (OCPA), where he leads efforts to advance clean energy and sustainability. With a background in California's energy sector and public service, Joe has also served as the mayor of Sierra Madre and president of the San Dieguito Water District. He represents OCPA on the California Community Choice Association's Board of Directors and is a passionate advocate for a clean energy future. Joe holds a Juris Doctorate from Quinnipiac University and has been a California Bar Association member for 20 years.
