The Musculoskeletal Services Team share their experiences of taking a group programme for the management of lower limb osteoarthritis (OA), the Osteoarthritis Self-management and Independent-living Support (OASIS) group, from a face to face setting into the virtual world during the COVID-19 pandemic.
They discuss their role in the transition, what they have achieved, as well as the challenges that were faced.
The aim is to give you an insight into the process they went through and potential pitfalls to avoid, and also a patients perspective on the work and outcome of the project.
