Paul Jackson (Project Lead for the Wellbeing and Recovery College) is joined by Will Estall (a British Army Veteran) as they discuss their own mental health. They come along very different life journeys to this point, with Will having served in Afghanistan and Paul having worked as an author and Illustrator in the automotive industry. They start with some of the key reasons that may prevent men from feeling comfortable with openly discussing these subjects, then on to the traumas and events they have encountered, through to some of the life tools they have used for coping and living a better life.
