A long time friend of mine for 35 years Dana Dew joins the show. She is a native Detroiter, Lady Phoenix Renaissance High School, HBCU Grad, & WSU Grad working in Social Work. She has 15 years of experience. Also, 7 years of running her Might Fit Physical Health and Wellness program.
She is mighty when it comes to helping people within the community. Dana has a lot of great insight when it comes to mental wellness and our conversation is a good one. I am so glad to have her as apart of The One Big Village this week.
