On Today’s episode of Go Be Wyoming, Aaron interviews Wyoming’s 33rd Governor, Mark Gordon. Governor Gordon is a Wyoming native from Johnson County and served as the State Treasurer from 2012 to 2019. Under his tenure as Treasurer, Governor Gordon led Wyoming to have the No.1 ranked managed funds in the U.S. and No.3 worldwide in 2016. On this episode Aaron and Gov. Gordon discuss economic and energy initiatives such as the Western Inter State Hydrogen Hub Coalition (CO, UT, NM *potentially MT), the IIJA (Federal Infrastructure Bill) and Wyoming’s top priorities regarding agriculture, roads, and broadband.
Lastly, the importance of blockchain development and how Wyoming is leading the way in this industry nationwide. It was a pleasure to have a friendly and relaxed conversation with Governor Gordon and to hear his extensive thoughts and responses on these issues.
