Mortgage interest rates can be very confusing. They change every day and sometimes several times a day. So many factors are weighed when you a rate is being calculated. Credit scores, loan to value, property type, occupancy type and loan amount size or just a few of these items.
To learn more about interest rates, I went straight to the man himself, VanDyk Mortgage Secondary Manager Jon Barnes. Jon is in charge of controlling the interest rates for VanDyk Mortgage and gives a ton of insight into interest rates. He is also a great guy and I am happy to call him my friend.
