Episode 27 this week see's Neil Giles, owner of Browns Plains Real Estate in the Business 101 Show Hot seat. An ethical person is real estate, he is owner of his own non franchise real estate firm. Neil is considered controversial because of his core belief that agents should pay for advertising, not the sellers. Always one to call a spade a spade, but never one to slag off the opposition, Neil is a breath of fresh air in an industry that sometimes falls foul of valuing glitz and show more than track record and performance.
