Join Brijesh and Kirti on another Mental Health Talk where they dig into their personal experiences with something that all of us have faced at one point: negative situations. While this episode does not aim to say which mechanism is best, because everyone is different, Brijesh and Kirti chose to ask their friends on what mechanisms they use in their day to day lives. By bringing in multiple perspectives, they uncover some truths about themselves, and the nuances between every coping mechanism, especially how even the seemingly good ones can be detrimental without proper balance, and the seemingly damaging ones may not be too bad after all (but like, it could be).
