From experiencing the CWS as a freshman at UW, playing next to Willie MacIver, Ward learned quickly what he needed to do to be a good lead-off hitter. Ward started playing his professional career back in his hometown and is now in Spokane. Hear how each spot affects his performance, in a fun way. Ward has been very happy with how the Rockies are taking care of him and his colleagues, he also is talking and helping the new kids on the block as they work together towards the same goal.
