In this epsiode, I am sharing some of my favourite affirmations. All you have to do is sit back, relax and absorb the beautiful energy of these self love affirmations. Once you've listened to them all, I encourage you to write down your own affirmations in a journal. Keep in mind that there is no such thing as a bad affirmation, as long as they make you feel good.
