K’an brings over two decades of fitness industry experience framed by her Health & Physical education degree, 8 years of upper management experience working with some of the top fitness brands, and 10+ years as a solopreneur. K’an is an online health and fitness coach to women in business. She supports women to incorporate more self-care in less time for better health and increased energy through using her LIFT U Programs.
