I'm so happy to be back and to be able to share my latest Hello Goddess episode featuring Julie Wilson, an energy healer from Illinois. She began her healing journey 14 years ago when fertility issues came up. She knew she was destined to be a mom and that began her quest to understand energy work. After healing her body from the inside out, she had her daughter, and wrote a womb healing workbook for women struggling with fertility.
In this interview, we discuss what is intuition, the higher self, energy healing, how trauma ties into our identity and how healing triggers can help us connect to our true selves. She now works with parents and their children to help them connect with their higher selves, heal their nervous systems, learn meditation and so much more.
