Your getting ready for a night seeing your boys…

Your seeing your reflection in the mirror walking out of the shower

Realizing your shirts not gonna fit the way you want it to



Now you change your shirt 3 times trying to figure out how the fuck your suppose to hide the way your body actually looks



Your not happy with where your at



And you don’t want anyone to know



You go out and just can’t even be present with your friends and family because your constantly thinking about how this shirt is making you look small and fragile



BUT subconsciously you feel this way because you’ve continually put this off



“Ohh diet starts tomorrow”

I’ll give you my top 3 snacks to start building muscle straight up

1. SHAKES…they are easy to get in. EASY calories, fuck mass gainer..make your own mass gainer! Fill them up and blend and drink..



2. Natural Peanut Butter/ Nuts…100 calories easy with 1 Tbsp of peanut butter!! Or 1.4 cup of almonds 200 calories…And a great source of monounsaturated fats



3.Natural Juices or Milk…you don’t even notice your getting calories in cause your drinking them!! 1 cup of juice or milk will come out to anywhere from 100-150 calories so utilize your liquids! But still get your water intake in ;)!



Now start implementing these so you can actually start wearing whatever T-shirt you want when you go out



You won’t need to constant change T-shirts because your gonna be looking like a stud in everything brotha !!
