THIS IS ONE OF MY BIGGEST FLAWS
To be honest I’ve been overworking myself lately
I haven’t been smiling as much as I usually do
The problem is I have these super high standards for myself
For my business
For my flight lessons
For my fitness
And ONLY want to give my best to my clients constantly!!
I only want the perfect landings for my flight lessons
I only want the perfect form for my deadlifts
But you know sometimes it can get to be a lot and I’ll just be honest with it
And when something doesn’t go completely my way it gets me down and I question why I even do that thing…can you relate ?
But guys THAT IS PART OF THE PROCESS!
Whether it’s with fitness or life , your goals, there will be times when things don’t go your way and when they don’t…
It’s OKAY!
There’s no need to be super hard on yourself
Just relax take a breath and know that I go through it, you go through it, your a human for wanting more
But getting more takes time and even with me sometimes I don’t have patience
Im glad situations that test my patience arise because it makes me better
It makes me take a step back and reflect, what about all you’ve done up to this point.
You and me both need to take more time for ourselves so we can REFLECT ON HOW FAR WE’VE COME!
For me it might be a flight lesson, or a fitness goal, it’s not always gonna go my way at first and I need to be okay with that
I understand you might have to this high standard for yourself but just make sure your taking time for YOURSELF!
Also realize your at a different point than someone else…this goal might take longer for you than your friend or family member…
You’re awesome and you have a lot to give and don’t forget to give to yourself sometimes!
We’re all a work in progress so let’s PRIORITIZE OURSELVES! So we can get better and be the best versions of us fam
