Does running help you build muscle?
Early morning, a little cool outside but great weather to go for a run you think
You stretch
Put your headphones in
You got your music going…
You finish up your run with this sense of accomplishment
You got a great sweat in…but
You realize it’s been a couple months and you haven’t gained any definition…
You haven’t gained any muscle mass
It’s frustrating because your doing the push-ups, sit ups and running…
But still

So you get discouraged from even running cause it’s not getting you results you want.
Guys RUNNING WILL NOT HELP YOU GAIN MUSCLE MASS
Running is a great form of exercise…to help you get better at running!
If that’s your goal I respect that…running is hard asf
…and I can attest to that
But if you want to gain muscle mass, have a bigger chest, bigger arms, bigger shoulders, running will not help you…

Running will help your cardio…so you can keep your heart healthy
