NEVER FALL OFF DURING THE HOLIDAYS AGAIN
Another family party tonight
Another dinner
Another dessert
Another day of feeling guilty afterwards
Another day of looking the mirror and hating what you see
Another day that is going to cause you anxiety cause you keep pushing it off
Another day of you putting on 3 pairs of cloths before leaving the house
because the previous ones actually showed how you look in the mirror
Another day of you saying “diet is definitely going to start in the new year”
So you keep telling yourself your going to push this off and off
This IS WHY YOU FALL OFF EVERY YEAR
You fall off because you think you doing the actions from last year will change
You saying “I’m gonna fall off its fine”
Is exactly why your falling off
But if your going to do the same stuff FROM last year…
You will get the same results from last year
So here’s 4 tips on how to stay on track during the holidays this year:
1. STOP telling yourself your going to fall off! START SAYING you are going to THRIVE during the holidays with your fitness
2. If your going to a family dinner PLAN AHEAD.
Eat a little less during the day, leading up to the event dinner. At the end of the day it’s all about that calorie amount!
3. Don’t Skip workouts. Again plan ahead, if your going away, bodyweight workouts, find a gym around the place that your in, fix your gym schedule that week. THERE IS JUST NO EXCUSE! If you want it, you’ll make it happen!
4. Get some guys from work and see who’s trying to start actually getting ahead, instead of getting behind! Having a supportive environment will mold your future. Or hire a coach and get direction and guidance along with that support!
Now your going into 2022 with the most momentum for your fitness you’ve ever had
Your looking so much better in the mirror
Your actually the happiest you’ve ever been
Your happier at your job and have more energy so you get promoted
Your actually more productive and want to get ahead on everything now, instead of constantly falling behind
Other are asking you during the new year “what have you been doing”
