Yes I had a lot of sweets this weekend



Yes I woke up not feeling 100%



Yes I was super lazy



Yes I didn’t stay on my nutrition this weekend



Yes I’m paying the price right now



Yes I didn’t wanna do anything when I woke up



I wanted to continue watching movies and pretend like it was still Christmas



But I DECIDED that it was time to get back on MY GRIND



I reminded myself that I have people counting on me..



I have people looking to me for motivation



I have workouts that need to get hit



I have goals I need to reach



Why set my dreams back another day…another week?



NO SHOT IM LETTING THAT HAPPEN



So when that alarm went off it was time to get the FU&K UP



Hit the gym and make sure my clients were taken care of



It doesn’t matter how I felt…it’s my responsibility to take ownership of these priorities



If your feeling lazy right now and thinking about slacking until after New Years…

How are you gonna spend these last 5 days ?



In a trance of “not feeling it” ? In a trance of “laziness”



No matter whether it’s a holiday or not, there are gonna be days when you don’t wanna go.



Time to start taking yourself seriously and start getting after it NOW.
