WHY YOU’RE PISSED OFF
Your not seeing the scale move
Your not seeing a difference in the mirror
Your not being consistent
Your not doing the things you know your supposed to be doing
So your fucking pissed at yourself
Your pissed because your playing at 40% Of what your capable
You think that you have no control
That your routine has to be that your come back from work and just sit down and watch movies
YOU ARE HOLDING YOURSELF BACK
This is why your so mad at yourself because there’s this part of you that wants more
There’s thing in your head telling you, that you are capable of looking the way you wanna look
Fuck maybe you’ve even seen mini glimpses of it in your head of how you’ll look
So here’s 4 tips to start actually becoming the person your supposed to be:
1. realize you are not who you were YOU CAN BE WHOEVER THE FUCK YOU WANT TO BE! Now start writing a new story for yourself
2. Sign up for a gym or get home gym equipment and start doing 2-5 workouts a week , and don’t half ass it, don’t be in and out, BE CONSISTENT!
3. Start incorporating more Whole Foods into your diet. Stop going out to eat because you “don’t have time”. Your just being lazy…this will start to build momentum for you.
4. Be grateful for the small wins! We always assume success is just reaching one milestone. Celebrate every win no matter how small
Now start being the new you
