“Eventually I’ll start but I’m too busy right now”



Then months go by and your stuck in the same place



Your so demotivated that it turns you off from even going to the gym



Here’s 5 tips to start getting that lean and fit look

1. STOP WAITING. The more you wait the longer it’ll be a problem. Start AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Procrastination no longer serves you

2. Start working out 3-5 times a week. Focus on your squats,bench and deadlifts and get stronger at those CONSISTENTLY. Train abs 3 times a week!

3. Start eating cleaner foods. If you wanna have efficient workouts you can’t be feeling like garbage. Eat anywhere from .7-1 gran per lb of  bodyweight.

4. Eat in a calorie SURPLUS to start putting on lean size. Meaning you have to eat more of the right foods! Eat 200-500 calories over your maintenance calories

5. Have support with you. Get some friends or family who want to accomplish this goal with you and want to level up and get better. Or hire a coach and get accountability and support throughout your transformation.
