5 ways to overcome your weak moments
1.Realize your mind will say anything to get you not to go. YOU ARE IN FULL CONTROL OF WHAT YOU DO! You can choose to GO, your mind does not choose for you
2. Laugh at it. Your mind will take you crazy places to get what it wants, so sometime you just gotta laugh at what it says. If you laugh you give it less power, because it realizes your not taking it seriously.
3. Write down everyday. I AM NOT WHO I WAS, I AM WHO I WANT TO BE. Your old habits and thoughts no longer fit who you want to be. These new habits and new thoughts are who you want to be.
4. Think about what it would be like if you stopped and just went home, you would have that guilty feeling that you can’t escape cause you broke that promise. SO DON’T GIVE YOURSELF THE OPTION. GET IT DONE
5. Picture yourself with the six-pack, with the bigger arms, bigger back. Having the most confidence you’ve ever had. This will give you more and more purpose to keep going
Now utilize these daily if your having a rough time staying consistent.
Your mind will now know who is in charge
You now have complete control of what you want to look like
Now get to work in creating that dream body
