Do you ever wonder why it’s hard to get to the gym consistently
Why it’s hard to eat cleaner foods
Why it’s hard to wake up early
Why it’s hard to have the body you want
It’s because…IT IS HARD
It takes discipline
But the question is how is the built ?
Discipline is built with smaller habits that compound into a larger results
Start small…
Don’t go to the gym 5 times a week go 2-3 times
Don’t cut out carbs…find a balance with them into your eating habits
Don’t go from waking up at 12:00pm to 4:00am…wake up at 10:30am and start working your way down slowly
Our minds cannot handle drastic change
Our minds need work up
They need to get a pat on the back for doing the small things right
Only then will your mind allow you to start taking on harder and harder tasks
This starts with doing the little things right
Discipline isn’t something you can just have
It needs to be earned
So stop rushing and do the little things
Here’s 3 little things to start doing things right:
1. Start making your bed every morning, it’s simple, easy to do but easy not to do. It’ll be your first win of they day.
2. Wake up 15 minutes earlier for 2 weeks, then wake up 30 minutes earlier after 2 weeks. This will start allowing your mind to be okay with waking up earlier
3. Workout 2-3 times a week don’t go straight to 6 days a week. This will make your mind go crazy with the change. Allow some space for it to adapt and over come.
Our minds are fragile…they need time to adapt so start small and work your way up
