SO HOW CAN WE PREVENT THIS



Here’s 5 tips to sliming your waist and getting bigger arms to fit well in T-shirts



1. Eat in a calorie deficit, if you want to lose the rolls on your stomach you need to start eating less food. But WHOLE foods that will give you clean energy.

2. Start training arms more frequently! Instead of 4 exercises per week. Start doing 5-6 exercises to start forcing that growth.

3.Train heavy and light with arms. You want them to grow with heavier weight but you also want higher time under tension with slow tempos and higher reps to get that burn

4. Incorporate 2-3 cardio sessions per week on top of your weight training  to start burning some extra calories throughout the week

5. Utilize progressive overload. Get stronger every week in your training sessions. Track your workouts and make sure your pushing yourself a little more over time.
