WOULD YOUR OLD COACH HAVE ALLOWED THIS??

Skipping Practice

Skipping Games

Skipping Team meetings

Show up to a game every now and then

If you did this your probably not going to be on that team much longer

So can I ask you something….

Why are you skipping workouts?

Why are you skipping meals?

Why are you taking the short-cut and getting fast food every week?

Why are you getting trashed at the bar knowing you’re 20lbs overweight?

Its like going to a game skipping practice all season and getting trashed the night before

What would you coach say to this?

Probably something like this….

Your off the fucking team

So you showed up when you were an athlete for your team but you won’t show up for your own health?

This question runs by your head every couple days but you just keep doing the same things that have gotten you to this point

But why?

You’re standard dropped…you got lazy

Now a day for you is wake-up, work, post work beer/nap, repeat

Weekends are getting wasted celebrating literally anything you can think of to escape your reality

So heres 5 tricks to raise your standard and lose your next 20lbs

  1. BEGIN to workout consistently again. You go way too hard and fall off, so how about you workout 3 times a week full body sessions.
  2. These full body sessions should be focused on your squats, your bench and deadlift.
  3. Progress over time with your compounds, start with 5 sets of 5 reps and get stronger over time with that rep scheme. Start light and slowly start working your way up to go heavier.
  4. Start eating Whole Foods. The fast food and the sweets, won’t help your performance. Grilled chicken, lean meats, Rice, vegetables, they need to make up at least 80% of your diet
  5. Start getting around people that want to win. Don’t get sucked into the vortex that your friends are getting sucked into. BE THE OUTLIER, be the person that can say no. Get around people who want to level up just as bad as you want to. Get guidance, you thrive off it.

Picture your future self 90 days from now

He followed these steps

He wants to keep progressing in the gym

He’s down another 10lbs

He feels like an athlete again

He’s not fucking lazy anymore

He took back control of his life
