HOW I LOST 10 LBS IN 4 WEEKS

Im a person who thrives off structure

To be honest I felt like was going through the motions for a few months

Not having something to strive for is rough at times for motivation..

Much like yourself…I like direction and having a goal to strive for

So I decided to stop thinking about it and signed up for my first bodybuilding show

I hired my first coach and we are making some CRAZY changes already.

I’ll share with you the main things I’ve done to start losing 10lbs in 4 weeks.

  1. Calorie Deficit. Im eating 500-800 calories less a day than my maintenance calories. Thats 2500 calories im eating a day right now
  2. I spread my training out to be 5 efficient, quicker sessions as opposed to 4 longer ones. (Lower, Upper, rest, Upper, Lower, Rest, Upper)
  3. My cardio was increased from 3-5k steps a day to 10k steps a day.
  4. Im drinking a gallon of water a day
  5. I have my coach supporting me and reminding me of my goals when I need that extra kick.

Now im 10lbs lighter

Feeling leaner, have my abs popping back in already

Im more dialed in than I ever have been for my business, my content, and in all aspects of life

I feel like an athlete again
