WHY ATHLETES THRIVE WITH A COACH
You were a great athlete
You had some big moments for your school
You were feeling lean and confident looking in the mirror
Then all of the sudden you final season came
You felt lost
You felt like you had no direction
So you took a “break” from working out
That break turned into months of no workouts
That turned into years
Now here we are 3 years later 20lbs over weight
But here you are still claiming you can do this on your own…
Weight loss is different from sports my brother
You were good at sports cause you had proper direction
You had guidance from the errors you made
You had someone telling you exactly what you need to be doing
You had the tough love when needed
So is weight Loss any different?
Your coaches had years of experience in the game….thats why you were good
Your not good at weight loss because you haven’t tackled this goal on before
Your trying to do what kept you in shape in higschool…but you can’t stick to it
BECAUSE ITS NOT MEANT TO BE A LIFESTYLE!!!
So get someone to teach you how to make it that
Don’t do the same shit that hasn’t worked in the past…
Start making fitness a lifestyle not a job…
Once you make it part of your life
You going to be able to take your shirt off with confidence again
You’re going to feel like an athlete not only for “one season”
But the rest of your fucking life
