Its so embarrassing that you refuse to…because you don’t want eyes on you

So here are 4 CRUCIAL steps to you being able to take shirtless selfies again

  1. You NEED to be in a calorie deficit to start losing weight. That means that you need to find your “maintenance calories” (find a calculator on google” and eat 200-500 calories less than that daily.
  2. Start working out 3 times a week. Make them full body workouts centered around compound movements. Your squats, Bench and deadlifts should be the main focus of these.
  3. Walk 5-10k steps per day. If you can’t track steps just walk 1-3 miles extra a day. You can Run, stair master, go play recreational sports, but your amount of activity needs to increase as a whole on top of the weight training side of things.
  4. Track your progress, take 1-2 set of pictures of yourself every week, front facing, side facing and back facing. Along with tracking your weight 3 times a week. And track your lifts guys, if you track your lifts you’ll know how much more weight you need to lift to get to the next level.

Now you’re 20lbs lighter

You can actually look in the mirror and not be embarrassed
