JUSTIN LOST 6LBS AND LOST INCHES ON HIS WASIT

Justin was a former boxer a few years back

But after boxing stopped, he didn’t know what was next…

Justin began to slowly lose those habits he had acquired in the ring

He began to settle for what life had outside of boxing

He slowly began to gain weight over the years

Then 20lbs got packed on

He felt like a different person, feeling tired all the time and it bothered him

He knew he was capable of more and he just couldn’t figure out why he wasn’t functioning at 100% anymore…

We connected and he said he wanted to bring that person back…

That inner athlete in him back once again…

He was tired of waiting for the “perfect time”, he was tired of continuously saying that he was going to do it and not taking action

He wanted CHANGE

So here’s what we did ASAP:

  1. We started having him train full body sessions 3 times a week, to get him back into routine again
  2. We got him on a meal plan that had him eating 2400 calories but he was flexible enough for him to eat his favorite foods and still get the occasional dinner out to enjoy himself
  3. We got him accountability, to KEEP him consistent these last 3 months and make sure that NOT a single set back was going to stop us from making a change.

Now Justin is 5lbs down

He is 2 inches off his waist line

His confidence is up

His energy levels are higher than they were

And he’s smashing PRs in the gym every single week

We are only just starting!!!
