Heres 5 steps to eat burgers will still losing these next 20lbs

  1. Download myfitnesspal (its a free app), and start tracking your calories
  2. Your going to eat in a calorie deficit which 200-500 calories less than your maintenance calories
  3. Look up the item you’re going to have BEFORE you get there, this will give you an idea of how many calories you need to save for the day. Lets say the burger is 800 calories
  4. Next your going to eat 30-50% less carbs throughout the day(eat less throughout the day), so save up about an extra 300-500 calories.
  5. Replace your regular dinner with this burger
  6. Only have the burger at the restaurant, no appetizers, diet drinks or just waters and fries only if you saved enough calories to have fries that day.

Now you can now enjoy your burgers and you’re down 20lbs
