And it demotivates you even more

After appeared being lost I realized I needed to start having that structure again

And that’s what got me out of that hole

So here’s my 4 step process to help you feel confident in your own skin again

  1. like a team has a goal by the end of the season or wants a certain record you need to have a certain goal
  2. break that goal down into small many goals and celebrate the small wins in between example losing at 1 pound in a week
  3. Eat any calorie deficit to lose weight. Track your calories on a daily basis
  4. make sure you’re getting stronger in the gym it’s gonna ensure that you’re going to start gaining muscle mass and start looking a lot better.

Now follows through that process

Now you feel confident in your own skin again

You actually feel like yourself again

And you’re not afraid to take your shirt off anymore
