FITNESS TOOK A BACK BURNER!
It’s been a long day at the office
Come home tired
No energy
You snag your beer and sit on the couch
“i’ll hit the gym tomorrow”
But We’ve been saying this for the past two years
Ever since Covid happened
You fell into a funk
That you can’t seem to get out of
You feel like you’re going through the cycle

But then all of a sudden “things” are coming up

And that’s OK you just haven’t made it a priority long time
So here’s one Key tip you can use to prioritize that time
Pick one time you can Realistically stick to 2-3 times per week
Put it in your schedule on google calendar or any calendar
And no matter what happens you have to go at that time to three times a week no matter
Because you’re a man that doesn’t break his promises
But you have been for the past two years
And you wanna break that cycle
Once you do this you’re gonna start seeing your body change
You’re gonna start feeling more comfortable in T-shirts
You’re actually gonna want to take your shirt off
You’ll start feeling like the athlete you once were
