Barely recognize yourself when you look in the mirror…

You’re even afraid to take your shirt off

You started buying bigger T-shirts bigger pants

Because the ones you have now are just too tight for your comfort

Some shirts from high school in college is don’t even fit

Worst part is it hasn’t always been this way

And you know you’re physically capable of exercise

But once sports stopped you completely fell off the wagon..

This just keeps getting worse the further away from your athletic career you get

You’re so lost I don’t even what to do to start

I’ve had clients feel this pain before…

Where you feel like theres no way out

So here’s 5 Steps to get you back on track

  1. Take a progress picture and take your weight. We need to be realistic with where we’re at right now.
  2. Have a specific goal you wanna reach and a deadline . For example lose 15 pounds in 90 days
  3. Start allotting realistic timeslots for the gym 2 to 3 times per week and work out your full body each of those days
  4. Walk or run 5 to 10 K steps per day or your choice of cardio for 30 minutes per day.
  5. Monitor progress weekly and at the end of the 90 days see where you’re at.

At the end of the 90 days you feel more confident in your own skin….
