HOW TO STOP SNACKING AT NIGHT

Let me guess

You wake up skip breakfast

You have the most convenient food for lunch

You’re hungry all day just thinking about the snacks are going to splurge on when you get home

Skip the gym because you’re too “tired”

You Get home you have dinner

But it doesn’t stop there…

Ice cream cookies candy and you just can’t stop

You almost feel like you have no control

Since you don’t have control your question whether you have control other things in your life

You might’ve been able to get away with this as an athlete…

But now your starting to realize your pants fit tighter

Love handles are starting to form

You feel so slow all the time

And I get it…

I used to have a have a snack and really bad as well

So here’s three tips to how I conquered that:

  1. Have flexibility in your diet. 80% healthy foods in 20% Foods you actually enjoy. If you allow flexibility, you won’t feel the need to Splurge
  2. Stop thinking carbs are the enemy. They give us clean energy and elevate our performance in the gym.
  3. Stop expecting to be perfect every day. Nobody’s perfect if you have one bad day it’s not a big deal. Just make sure when you get back to it.

Now you’re not binge eating anymore

You Actually lost 10-20 pounds

you actually can have snacks throughout your day and not feel guilty.

And you start feeling make yourself again!!
