4 years just completely flew by

Before you know it…your turning in your jersey,

Cleats are in the closet where the “old” stuff goes

A sense of purpose is now lost on the inside

Like something is constantly missing in your life

Like a gap your trying to fill but you can’t

You try to stay consistent in the gym…but it’s just not the same

The motivation isn’t the same…

You feel as though there’s no purpose to it

This results in you gaining 10-20lbs and feeling empty

You start making excuses that you didn’t make when you were an athlete

This doesn’t even feel like you anymore

So here’s 4 ways to make fitness feel like sports…

  1. Sign up for a fitness challenge. 75 hard, 5k/a,10ks, Bodybuilding show. You love to have that sense of competition, so this would be a great way to kickstart it.
  2. Look at your workouts as “practice” for your that big coming up or initial goal we have.
  3. Track your progress just like coach’s track team stats, see what’s working, see what’s not working. Track your lifts, progress pictures and weight weekly.
  4. Get accountability partners or a coach. To help you stay on track with your goals, and create that team atmosphere. This is HUGE to stay on track, environment is fucking everything!
