OSCAR HAS LOST 20LBS IN THE LAST 16 WEEKS WHILE EATING MORE FOOD!

Oscar came to me struggling getting into a routine after playing rugby in college

He had gained about 20-25lbs when sports stopped

He was self conscious when he had to take his shirt off…

Oscar also had a devastating knee injury towards the end of his last season

Ever since then it’s been tough for Oscar to get back on his routine…

He felt sluggish all the time, and felt as though he just couldn’t find a routine he could stick to

He wanted that structure back, he wanted his life back…

He wanted to start feeling like an athlete again

So here’s the main things we did that caused his transformation

  1. We took him from eating 1600 calories a day to 2300 calories a day of food. A lot of ex-athletes actually aren’t eating enough food. So we built Oscar’s metabolism back up to where it should be !
  2. We had him training 2-3 times a week at home. He’s super busy, so we needed quick efficient workouts for him. We also had him walking about 10-15k steps per day.
  3. Accountability to make sure, he was staying on track NO matter what came up. No path is perfect but it’s about over coming the small set backs that we’ll face in life and continuously overcoming them step by step.

Now Oscar is DOWN 30lbs

He just finished his Masters in Education

He has more energy at his teaching job, he has his students complimenting him on a regular basis saying that he looks like he lost weight.

He’s also got his drive back to want to do more, he has more energy to focus on his job and school

Now he’s crushing it daily , and feels more confident than ever!!
