2. Staying within your calories by TRACKING your foods on myfitnesspal. This will help you be SPECIFIC with what foods, have a certain amount of calories.



3. Fasting for your first meal. This will help you be conservative on calories, and minimize the damage done! I would do 2 meals , and have 1 high in protein, and 1 higher in carbs and fats



Once you implement these tips…



You’ll be down 20lbs



Eating/ drinking your favorite foods at the same time



You’ll feel more confident with your shirt off



And feel like an athlete again
