SET A NEW GOAL!!

Great I did a bodybuilding show…

In my head I already knew I had to work towards the next goal when I finished

I’m still working on which marathon I’m gonna sign up for but I’m aiming to run one in October

Now why ammi choosing a to run a marathon?

  1. I wanna challenge myself in ALL aspects of fitness
  2. I wanna set an example for my clients and my audience the importance of having a goal
  3. I genuine enjoy running these long distances, I’M EXCITED!!

Some people are asking me why I’m doing it right after a bodybuilding show?

You guys, if you wanna be great, if you wanna reach your goals, YOU HAVE TO BE FUCKING RELENTLESS

I WRITE DOWN EVERY SINGLE DAY

Cause the MINUTE I get satisfied is the minute I stop growing

And GROWTH SEASON DOESN’T END…

Especially as ex-athletes, I know you guys tend to talk about the old days

What you used to do, how good you were in that game, that one play you had, that one after party
