DUSTIN LOST 12LBS IN 8 WEEKS WORKING WITH ME…

Dustin came to me at a plateau in his journey

He felt like he wasn’t making progress as fast as he used to

Dustin has been training for a few years but he wanted NEXT LEVEL!

It was getting discouraging not seeing the changes he wanted in the mirror

He wanted to feel more confident about himself and lower his body fat

He wanted to see what he was truly capable Of

So we got him on a custom program to start getting to his next level 🔥🔥

So here’s 3 things that we changed for him to lose over 10lbs 👇

  1. Dropped his calories from 2600 to 2200 calories per day ! We had to put him a caloric deficit to start melting off the body fat
  2. Have him weight training 5x per week with 5-6 cardio sessions 35-40 min. Each one! And walking over 10k steps a day
  3. Accountability, the power of having someone keep you on track with your goals will always make a difference as opposed to doing it on your own

Now Dustin feels more confident with his shirt off

He’s getting stronger every single week as he’s dropping body fat

Super proud of him so far! ITS NOT EASY TO GET HERE AND KEEP THIS DISCIPLINE!!

But Dustin’s been able to keep pushing past barriers and truly level up in all aspects !
