HOW I LOST 30lbs IN 16 WEEKS!

I Didn’t have a sense of direction or a certain goal to work towards

Training was spontaneous , not as strict

I was bulking and felt like I needed to use this to push myself again

Get out of comfort zone

Going to the gym just wasn’t as motivating as it used to be.

I felt out of alignment, not being fully on my nutrition and not having a real goal to work towards

Almost like I was going through the motions

I got my direction, my game plan, my goal to achieve

So here’s exactly what we’ve done to start working towards the show:

1. I was bulking at over 3000 calories and We started my prep at 2500 calories, bumped down to 2400 calroies, then the last adjustment was 2280 calories.

2. Increased my step count to 11k a day starting off, now we are at 13 steps a day

3. I was training 4 days a week, now we are at 6 days a week (2 lower, 3 upper, 1 ab)

4. I barely did cardio before now we’re doing 500-550 calories burned 6x a week.

I lost 25lbs

Felt more confident in my own skin than ever.

The leanest I’d ever been in my life.

Now having accountability to keep me on track has helped me immensely get to the next level
