HOW I FELT GROWING UP WITH MAN BOOBS
It felt like all eyes were on me
Walking up and down the hallways In middle school
It just felt uncomfortable
Having to constantly wear baggier t-shirts every single day
Wearing the same shirts multiple times because I was scared of wearing something that was too tight
I refused to wear tighter t-shirts because I thought people would judge me for them
Friends would flick them thinking it was funny
But I was sitting there extremely embarrassed that they could even do that
It wasn’t even about what other people thought at that point
It was about HOW I FELT in my own skin….
I wanted to feel confident, I was tired of having to worry about this so I made a change
I started running every single day, and did 100 push-ups for an entire summer going into 8th grade
That summer built me, it taught me that NO ONE is gonna do this except me
NOBODY is gonna force this change unless I want it
Now I’ve helped 100s of people transform their bodies and unlock their true potential
I’ve been able to compete in a bodybuilding show, run triathlons because THERR IS NO LIMITATIONS
I’m grateful I had man boobs for they taught me lessons I NEEDED to LEARN
All of you ex-athletes keep putting a limit on yourself
You fell off your fitness and you think you CAN’t change the situation
You say you don’t have “time”, “life gets in the way” .
If you allow yourself to think that you can’t you won’t make it happen
BUT YOU WANT that inner athlete to come out, you KNOW he’s there
But you NEED TO drop the excuses and MAKE THIS A TRUE PRIORITY in your life
Once you make it a true priority then you’ll unlock that beast again
