I ATE OVER 4000 calories in 4 hours this last weekend…

I fell off..

Started with some Honey BBQ boneless wings as an appetizer…delicious

Then a nice bacon cheese burger 🍔

Followed by a delicious cinnamon roll dessert

HIT THE SPOT

But I wasn’t stopping there

Then some of my favorite ice cream in the world cold stone ice cream with a waffle cone 🍦

Then had to stop by 7-11 to get some peanut M & Ms, my all time favorites

Then I went to bed and completely knocked out

OOOPS I messed up…

I’m supposed to be perfect tho, I’m supposed to always stay on point because I’m a fitness coach

I’m not allowed to make mistakes

I’m not allowed to fall off my nutrition, I’m supposed to be the example for others

How could I let this happen

We’ll guys, I did mess up…

AND I DON’T FEEL BAD ABOUT IT.

Because what’s the point….??

I already know I messed up, I was aware of it.

So the ONLY thing I can do now is focus on getting back to my routine

Get back to the foods that I know will actually help me lose the man boobs…

Get back to my training that keeps me FEELING LIKE A MACHINE

And entertain thoughts that will fill me with positivity

See the issue is a lot of you guys with man boobs who binge on the weekends…

you dwell about it, you keep entertaining the idea of binging

But what if you messed up one time and then you just moved on with your life

Moved your focus back to your goals and made YOUR COMEBACK

FOCUS ON WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL NOW…

I can’t change that I ate a lot of food this weekend….

I can CONTROL what I’m gonna do today to get better, tomorrow, this week, this month.

EVERY single day is a new opportunity…so why dwell on the one day you didn’t

There’s TOO many days that you know you can improve so FOCUS on those days from now on…

Now let’s get back to work and creating the vision we wanna create squad 🔥🔥
