  1. Audit your day. When you get off work and before work, where are those hours being spent? Netflix, movies, news, etc. and where can you fill gaps in your day to start hitting the gym consistently
  2. Map out your week now own google calendar. You need to label “gym” under the times you plan on hitting it in during the week and specific days.
  3. GO EVEN IF YOUR TIRED. Busy Males its not gonna get easier, the more you put it off its only gonna get more and more difficult for you. So keep going whether your tired or not
