This post is hard for me to write out…



I used to drink until I blacked out…



I just wanted to forget



I wanted to “live” in the moment



I didn’t wanna have to think about shit that actually forced me to think



School was put on the back burner behind partying



I cheated on my girlfriend at the time just to satisfy my own ego while being drunk ofc…



And lead to be being uncertain In what I wanted in my future



So it made it easy for me to pick that drink up, and want to forget



Not have to think about that test and avoiding any stressful situation



And the worst part of it all…



I would BE THE ONE who initiated the parties, text everyone, call everyone, get supplies, I was the true problem



I wanted to bring everyone to my level so I didn’t have to feel alone in doing



I don’t regret it that was part my life part of my story, we’re all human we go through our own experiences



And it taught valuable lessons so I’m grateful for it



I knew I wasn’t doing the Right thing, I knew deep down there was so much fucking more I had to give



And ONCE I got clear on my mission…



After starting my online coaching , and got one of my first clients and he saw how much more confident he felt



And how much it impacted his life



My new mission to help as many people are possible reach their fitness goals, feel more confident in themselves



And teach them exactly what fitness has done for me



Instill more confidence, happiness, more self esteem and momentum into all other areas of life



It became way easier for me to say NO



TO SAY NO TO THAT DRINK, TO SAY NO TO THE BAR, No to going out with friends getting trashed



Cause now PEOPLE are relying on me, employees, clients, people looking at me as the example



Busy males….you have other people relying on you as well


ALL LOOKING AT YOU AS A ROLE MODEL



TIME TO START ACTING LIKE IT



And treat your body the right way
