Had a long day…and “can’t” hit the gym…

So heres the thing

If your expecting motivation to help you start feeling confident shirtless

You’ll be disappointed very quickly

Motivation is a feeling…

Just like when you’re sad, angry, tired, happy, etc.

You’ll have it some days….but majority of it you won’t actually have it

The reason your not going to the gym after work is because you don’t actually have a CLEAR VISION YOU BELIVE will happen for you

So heres what you need to do

  1. You need a crystal clear target of what your fitness goal is the next 90 days.

Ex. Lose 15lbs

  1. Do Visualization mediation for 5-10 minutes every morning of the final product happening for you of what your seeing in the mirror in 90 days.
  2. YOU NEED TO BECOME A NO MATTER WHAT TYPE OF MOTHERFU*KER. Meaning that you have to adapt the mentailty to do whatever it takes, even when your tired, hungry, sad, you STILL will get it done
  3. Realize emotions are temporary and YOUR VISION IS FOREVER…if you choose to make it a reality. Don’t rely on temporary feeling to get a result that isn’t temporary
